The management minor is intended for those in any business or non-business major who wish to have a deeper understanding of managing people and organizations. This minor is the ideal choice for those wishing to pursue an MBA with a focus on managing people.

Student Learning Outcomes
- Demonstrate foundational knowledge in management (BULO1)
- Display awareness of managing ethical, sustainable, and inclusive organizations with an emphasis on and collaborative leadership practices (BULO3)
- Create and communicate management solutions (BULO4)
Electives
Upper-level MGMT/BSAD3200 Business Ethics -3 credits
Upper-level MGMT/HRMG -3 credits
Choose two 3XXX or 4XXX courses: Both in Managment or one in Human Resources management Electives - 6 credits
These courses should not have been used to meet the requirements of major/concentration. No more than 3 credits can be business writing or internship courses
(Note: MGMT 4800: Sustainability Scholarship and MGMT 4100 Management Research can be used to fulfill the writing intensive requirement)
(Note: Advanced-standing students taking MBA coursework through the accelerated program as part of their undergraduate degrees must coordinate course substitutions with both the MBA program director and with the management advisor)
